Grooming Appointment Cancellation Policy

 

At Verve London, we understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and provide the highest level of care to all our furry guests, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy.

Managing Your Appointment

If you need to reschedule or cancel your grooming appointment, it is your responsibility to inform us in advance. You can make changes to your booking through our online booking system or by calling us directly at 020 7229 1348.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours, a 50% service fee may be charged. This policy ensures that our professional groomers' time is respected and allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice – No cancellation fee; you may reschedule or request a refund if applicable.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours – A 50% service fee may be charged.
  • No-shows – Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge for the scheduled service.
