Terms And Conditions for Pet Hotel Services

Thank you for choosing Verve London Pet Hotel. We are committed to providing a "home away from home" for your beloved companion. To ensure a smooth experience, we have streamlined our booking process so we can dedicate more time to caring for our guests.

  • Bookings:  Pet Hotel Services must be paid in advance. All reservations must be made online via our website  Verve Lonodon Bookings. . Simply follow the link, select the number of days you would like to book for, and choose your preferred drop of time.   • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once we have received    your payment. Until then, your reservation is provisional. 
  • Peak Season: We recommend booking well in advance during peak seasons, as availability is limited. Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Special Needs: Please inform us of any specific needs your pet may have, such as dietary requirements or medical conditions, so we can provide appropriate care during their stay.
  • Payment: Advance Payment: All hotel services must be paid for in advance.  
  • Additional Services: Any additional services, such as food, grooming, or out-of-hours drop-off/ collection, will be invoiced separately. These must be paid in full by the day of collection.
  • Hotel Services: Our services include dog walking and are available as follows:
  • Overnight stay: Check-in from 10 am to the following day at 10 am (24 hours)
  • Check-in time: 10 am to 6 pm
  • Check-out time: 10 am Late check-outs will incur doggie daycare charges. 
  • Latest pick up time is 7.00pm. Out of hours charges will apply.
  • Arrivals and Drop off. To ensure a smooth handover, please arrive at the time you booked. We need to arrange for your pet’s collection and go over any additional needs, along with securing our other guests.
  • Collection Day: Check-out is at 10:00 am.
  • For pickups between 10:00 am and  6:00 pm, daycare rates will apply. Additional charges will apply for out-of-hours collections.
  • Out-of-Hours Check-in & Collections: To allow more flexibility to your booking. For more information please refer to  Out of hours drop off link.
  • Collection Policy: Pets will only be released to the owner or a confirmed representative. Prior notice and owner confirmation are necessary for alternative pickup arrangements. 
  • Food and Meals: We meet your pet’s dietary requirements, If you wish to bring your own food, we are happy to follow your instructions.
  • Treats and Food: We cook fresh meals every day for your pet. Additional charges will apply based on pet size and feeding habits.
  • Grooming Services:Grooming services can be scheduled in advance or added during your pet's stay. Many of our guests like their pets groomed before collection.
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • Strict 48 hour cancellation policy.
  • Late Cancellations: A fee of 50% of the total booking will apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled stay.
  • Booking Adjustments: To adjust your booking, including shortening your pet's stay, we require at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Public Holiday Surcharge: A surcharge of £70 per public holiday in addition to regular rates applies, as our services are available 365 days a year.
  • Refunds: We'll strive to process any pre-payment refunds within 3 working days for cancellations.
