How to book and use your package?

Once you have purchased a Doggy Daycare package, Please get in touch with us on +44 7764 586051. We will take care of setting everything up and help you manage your bookings.

• We get to know your dog and place them in a small, carefully matched group so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for throughout the day.
• You will receive photo updates while your dog is with us, and once a month we will send you a simple summary showing how many hours from your package have been used.

Daycare Hours and Extras

Our standard daycare hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm.

• Dog walking are one of our add on services we calculate this by uses two hours from your package and comes at a reduced rate compared to the usual £15 charge.
• Meals, treats, and any other extras are charged separately.

Early Drop Off and Late Pick Up

If you need a little extra flexibility, early drop off and late pick up are available outside standard hours. These hours are counted at double time. For example, a 9:00am drop off would count as two hours.

Any additional charges can be settled in store when you collect your dog.

Opening Hours

• Standard daycare hours are from 10.00am to 6.00pm
• Extended care is available from 6:00pm to 10:00pm and must be booked in advance to allow us to prepare the appropriate level of care and staffing.
• For any care after 10:00pm, we transition dogs into our Overnight Hotel Service, ensuring a relaxed, secure, and fully supervised overnight stay. see our Pet Hotel Services
