Booking Options and Prices
Our booking system operates on a from price basis. All booking are made online, please select the number of days required and complete the booking form.
- Any price adjustments based on dog size or additional add ons can be settled on the day of collection.
Hotel Stay Prices (per 24 hours)
Prices are based on the size of the dog.
- Small dogs £70
- Medium dogs £85
- Large and extra large dogs £95
Each stay is charged on a 24 hour basis, from 10.00am on the day of arrival to 10.00am the following day.
Food and Treats (optional)
You are welcome to provide your own food. We are happy to follow your feeding instructions.
If you prefer us to provide food and treats, the daily rates are:
- Small dogs £10 per day
- Medium dogs £15 per day
- Large dogs £20 per day
- Extra large dogs £25 per day
Early Check In and Late Collection
- Early check in can be arranged in advance from 8.00am.
- Late collection is available up to 10.00pm.
Please note that if collection is after 10.00am on the check out day, a day care rate will apply.
Grooming and Cleanliness
- We require all guests to arrive clean. If a dog arrives in a condition that requires grooming, this will need to be carried out and charged accordingly.
- Collection day grooming can also be arranged in advance if required.
Payments and Additional Charges
- All additional add ons must be paid in full on or before the day of collection.

Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change and will always try to be as fair and flexible as possible.
- Cancellations made at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
- For cancellations made within seven days of the arrival date, 50 percent of the booking total will be refunded. This is to cover staffing and operational costs already committed, as short notice cancellations often prevent us from rebooking the space.
- Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing or via the booking system to be valid. Cancellations made on the day of arrival or no shows are non refundable.
- All eligible refunds will be processed within three business days of cancellation and returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Please note that we do not offer booking credits in place of refunds. This policy is in place to ensure clear and accurate bookkeeping and to avoid any confusion around future booking dates.
